Grasping the opportunity: Engaging young workers
We’ve talked to several employers about their strategy to hire, train and retain young people. We’ve done this by focusing on their practical experiences and they’ve given us some valuable tips and tricks for other employers. SBC and BusinessNZ would like to thank these companies for their time and valuable insights. We hope these short videos will give you some useful insights and act as a catalyst for your own thinking.
