Building Sustainable Business Practices into your Covid-19 recovery

  Wednesday 3 Jun 2020
  11am to 12pm
  Online workshop

Just a few months ago, we came together to collectively explore how CFOs can take the lead in managing ESG risks such as climate change, as the custodians of value creation. You asked to reconvene for workshops on a sustainability 101, demystifying sustainability reporting, performance management and better decision-making.

Today as you navigate your response and recovery to Covid-19 we have paused these workshops, pivoting to focus on what matters most to CFOs now. We understand these matters include scenario planning, building resilience into supply chains, integrating sustainability into risk management, and revising emission action plans. Deloitte supported by SBC has put together some key resources (attached) to help you build business resilience and recovery through sustainable business practices.

Urgency for action also offers opportunities to reimagine how we might do things differently. We invite you come back together again to connect, share insights and experiences, and discuss how CFOs and financial leads can incorporate sustainable business practices to accelerate your recovery and build resilience.
