The Executive Director of the Sustainable Business Council, Abbie Reynolds, has announced that she is stepping down after more than three years on the job.

She says she’s proud of what the council has achieved during that time, working with New Zealand’s leading businesses to become more sustainable in their operations.

“This is a fast changing space and I think it is time for someone to bring fresh energy and drive to the role”.

SBC will now begin its hunt for a new Executive Director.

“I want to leave the Sustainable Business Council in good hands, so am making the announcement now so we have time to conduct a thorough search for the right candidate”.

“I’m hoping to take a break from full-time work for a little while, while I think about what I’d like to do next”
