Sustainability drives the HQ project
Sustainability was the project driver of Waste Management NZ Limited’s new, purpose-built Auckland headquarters, with the buildings and facilities on target to achieve a Green Star rating of 5+. During the build, 75% of unused construction materials and packaging was recycled and the site features innovative sustainability features, such as EV charging facilities and rainwater harvesting.
